  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During high-demand periods or sales events, processing times may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Tracking Your Order

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information first.
If there is no movement after several days, contact our support team, and we will assist you in locating your package.

In rare cases where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.

In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels to speed up delivery or due to stock availability.
